Home-School Support

Welcome to the Home-School support page.

 

At Avenue Primary School we believe that strong links with families is key to educational success. We can support parents with:

 

·         Signposting families to events in Newham

·         Supporting families through challenging times

·         Working with parents/carers to achieve their children’s goals 

·         Offering workshops to empower parents and carers

 

Our Family support worker can support Families with a variety of issues:

 

·         Housing support

·         Benefit advice

·         Engagement with community based activities

·         Referrals to Triple P

·         Lifting barriers to learning

·         Offer food bank vouchers
